Our approach to recruiting is not ordinary; this is not a Head Hunting or Body Shop operation.  We are very particular with which client companies and candidates we engage, as we want to be in full harmony with their goals and directions, and that there is a mutual working relationship between both parties.  Aiming for the highest caliber of service to our clients, we take only a select number of assignments at a time.




Each client company, its various locations and its staff are seen as a unique entity, with each part creating the personality of the whole.  It is through extensive dialog between the recruiter and the various client team members that we ascertain the appropriate match between the candidates and the client.



Candidates are regarded in the same manner.  Since no person is exactly the same, all candidates come with different backgrounds, personal situations, goals and desires.  Through exploratory conversations, we pinpoint client companies best suited for the candidate's personality and objectives.  Bottomline, we care about our candidates.  Their privacy is held in highest regard and discretion is paramount.  A resume is never presented to a client company without the candidate's knowledge and approval.  In addition, we strive to maintain updated records on our candidates by contacting them periodically throughout the year.





In the process of recruiting and placing candidates, David Lynch & Co. offers the services of contingency and retainer search, on-site recruiting, client site interviews, face-to-face meetings with candidiates, relocation assistance, transition placement and referrals for the immigration and visa process.

 

As a service to our community, David Lynch & Co. has created two programs: one to assist under privileged people in Memphis in obtaining employment through literacy and interviewing skills, and another in placing new graduates of the recently opened Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality at The University of Memphis.
